Frequently asked questions

When do you operate?

I work a fulltime job, so we only operate on weekends occasionally. Follow us on instagram to know when we open up pre-orders for an upcoming sale!

Where are you based?

We are a home bakery based in Markham, though we do frequent popups downtown Toronto too :)

I'm allergic to ___. Can I order?

Out customers' safety is always priority. If you have severe allergies, we don't recommend ordering from us. Our Kitchen contains ingredients like dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, etc. and we can't guarantee no cross-contamination. We're very sorry about this!

Why don't your mochis last long?

Our mochis only last about 2 days for two reasons:

  1. We don't use any chemical additives - mass-produced mochi from grocery stores contain preservatives to extend their shelf life
  2. They usually contain fresh fruits!
How can I extend the shelf-life of the mochis?

Keep them AIRTIGHT in a plastic/glass container and don't let them be exposed to air unnecessarily. Some of our customers freeze extras :)
